Pamela Anne Fryer first launched Artistry By Anne in 1998 when fellow Romance Writers of America ® members began asking her to build their websites after seeing the work she did on her local chapter's website. In 2002 after Silicon Valley's diminishing economy resulted in her second layoff, Pamela decided to make web design her full time job and merged Artistry By Anne into Author Designs, bringing two talented additions to the team; Sara Moore added her expertise as part-time Graphic Artist, and in 2004 Ryan Penn joined the team as Flash Animation Specialist.
